World Showcase stores during EMH?

I've done some searching about stores staying open during EMH and have found varying results. One post from Josh (yes, I think that Josh) said they're only open for an hour (I assume that means to 10pm) where other posters have mentioned "some" being open until 11pm.

In particular, I'm interested in Mitsukoshi in Japan and Morocco - I'd like to hit those between 10 and 11pm, but would be disappointed if they're closed. Any insight is appreciated!
