When we were down in January the latest that we could eat dinner was 4:00 before leaving for our resort (to get our bags) and ultimately the airport home.
We decided to spend what part of the day we had in Epcot and therefore have an early dinner in somewhere in the World Showcase. When I called for a PS I quickly learned that 4:00 is the inbetween time for many of the restaurants changing over from lunch to dinner menus. The one place that we were able to eat at 4:00 was Le Cellier (after trying Chefs de France and Rose & Crown).
I just thought that I would share this bit of information in case anyone else had plans of eating an earlier dinner in the World Showcase.
