World Passport Collections through resale of DVC?

We are about to become a DVC member. We are thinking buying resale is the way to go. I know all of the DVC resorts are included. Are the World Passport Collections included too with resale?
This is very confusing.

Yes, the World Passport Collection is presently covered along with Club Cordial and Club Intrawest. The only exclusions are the Disney Collection, Adventure Collection and Concierge Collection.
