Does anyone know when their "Super Sale" is in DTD ?

I was at Disneyland last year during the 1st week of Dec and it was going on then.

Just wondering if anyone has details on an upcoming sale in Dec ?

I walked by it before the store was open and there were massive lines.

I'm not sure if the sale is for "everyone" or just AP holders. I didn't pay attention that closely since we weren't going either way. One friend said they ended up leaving because the sales weren't worth the 2 hour line to pay.

I looked at the AP site and no mention of it yet.

Do you know if AP holders get an email about it ?

I was wondering if it was tooooo crowded in the store and if the sales were that good or not. I know the line was massive and people had been there for hours. I had my 3 yr old GD with me and I wasn't going to put her thru that.

But am going again at the same time, so am curious about it.

I went in July...and I being a shopper did not mind the wait and the crowds and the mess that came along with the sale. The line to get in was long but it wasn't really that bad when you get to talking with other Disney lovers. It was a little bit frustrating seeing people first in line take everything that you were planning on getting, I waited and waited for them to go through all the items they hoarded and by the time they went through it to see what they REALLY wanted I just picked up what they left behind. I really hope that they will have the sale when we are there. Last time in July they gave us lots of notice prior to the sale.

Disney merchandising dept. is reporting no plans for a holiday AP sale. (per mouse planets weekly update today)
