World of Colour

The Disney website says that world of color is on from 9-11:45, does anyone know what they mean by this? I thought it was only 25 mins long.

Do you have a link? If so it is a typo or something. You are correct, the show is only a half hour or so.

Hmm, I'm not seeing what you're referring to, but rest assured that WOC is not a 3 hour affair

I agree because they do multiple shows, and that looks like a typo.

Look at tonight schedule and you will see it appears "9:00pm, 10:15pm".

I don't think that March dates are firm and edited yet.

Unless things have changed within the past few months, there are always two WoC shows a night. If the crowd warrants - usually determined by the speed at which the fastpasses sell out, they will add a third show.

However, because of the nature of the show and where it is located, the back section of the lagoon (TSM, CS, MSW, etc) is closed when first show starts.

Since the whole park is open before the first show, there is no waiting area needed for the first show audience. For the second (and third if scheduled) the waiting area for the audience is located behind GRR - which is the queue line for the WoC fast passes.

Bumping to see if anyone has any clarification on this...indeed if you go to the March hours and roll your mouse over the later days that are up it says World of Color runs 9 to 10:15 and 10:15 to 11:45pm....does that mean 3 shows will be planned in those time frames?

I'm sure it's a typo. Don't expect a third show. Expect them to clean up the formatting as we get closer to March.
