"World of Color" Show

Not only that, but also be aware that a large portion of those crowds will be locals who are coming to the park just for the show. They won't be interested in going on rides, and they will be perfectly willing to show up at rope drop and spend all day reserving their spot for the show that night.

If you plan to enjoy the park during the day and then see the show that night, prepare to be disappointed. Even after decades people still show up three hours early to reserve spots for Fantasmic. For World of Color during the first few weeks, I'd expect people to wait 8 hours or more.

I am actually not TOO worried about the crowds - DVC will have their own dedicated balcony to watch it from - so all I will have to fight with is the VGC.

Actually, I don't think there is anything in writing saying the balcony will be dedicated to DVC (if you have different info please let me know)...I think it's actually on top of the hotel portion of the addition, so it could be shared DVC and hotel/concierge guests or just for private parties....

But the good news is the new DVC rooms will have the best view of World of Color, so if you can arrive early and get a PPP view room, you'll have your own private viewing from your balcony! That's what I'm hoping for when we go at the end of April!! pixiedust:
