World of Color Question ?!

Hey y'all!
It's been a while since I've been on here.. I'm pretty sure there is a thread on this topic already.. But if someone could tell me or direct me to the correct thread of when World of Color is going to be done ?! This year or next year?

It should be up and running by "Spring" 2010. What they mean by Spring could mean any range between late Feb-early June probably. It all depends on how fast they can get the construction done.
