World of Color picnic question

Is there any advantage to picking up your picnic early? Do you get a 'better' fastpass if you pick up your picnic right at 11:30 (and eat your meal for lunch) vs. picking it up later in the day and eating your picnic for dinner?

No, prioritize it based on your plans. Picnics can be picked up from 11:30am until an hour before the first show of the day. Yellow and Blue may be issued but there is no pattern to which and when. Also they may not issue a blue on some days. But if you don't get the color of the two you wanted ask for the other and maybe your will get it.
