World of Color dinner packages

For the World of Color dinner packages, are you able to sit the whole time? Or are you standing for the show?

Which restaurant has the best view?

You are standing.

Carthay has its own section I believe, the other two restaurants are the same area. I believe carthay is better.

The only way to have chair is dessert party.

"Better" for the Preferred Dining Packages depends on how close you want to be to the water. If you want a close up view, then WCT and Ariel's are better. If you want to be further back for more of a big picture view, then CCR is better. The Dessert Party does provide chairs and the section is to the left of the CCR area.

We did Ariel's Grotto and was in the center splash zone area but right the back ( i.e. not at the railings).
There was actually not water splashes at all, just some mist as the wind was blowing away from us. ( the balloons was floating away from us).
It was a great experiences as the fountains was right in your face plus the fire.

The big picture view was better IMHO as I missed somethings being too close and the fountains were blocking some of the views.

We like both the up close and big picture views; but, admittedly, we have the luxury of being able to enjoy WOC again and again, so we can go back and forth. For a one time only viewing, most people do prefer the big picture view. The only poster I know of who really loved the up close view was visually impaired. Being that close to the fountains and colors made the whole one time only experience come alive for him.
