World of Color Dining Package

Hello all! I am headed to Disneyland at the end of the month and I want to book a World of Color Dining Package. What are your experiences with the restaurants available and what was your favorite? Any good/bad stories? Thanks in advance!! I am a WDW girl so all this is new to me. This will be my third trip to Disneyland.

We've done Wine County twice and Carthay twice and by far we prefer Carthay.

We like CCR, too. It's such a lovely place to relax and enjoy a meal, so getting WOC FPs is just an extra perk. Give yourself extra time to enjoy your surroundings and relax. We did WCT once, and it was fine (but not comparable to CCR -- more casual). Our boys enjoyed watching the Pixar Play Parade from the balcony/patio area. Ariel's is fun, and if there are kids in our group, we'll go there. The tri-tip is surprisingly good, but service can be slow, so plan accordingly. Overall, our favorite WOC restaurant choice is CCR.

We did Ariel's Grotto last week and honestly I was not very impressed with it. Seemed like banquet food that was already prepared - that make sense? I was also disappointed in the atmosphere. No characters around. Our total bill was $250 (not including tip) for 4 adults and 2 kids. I didn't like their choices for kids' meals either.

BUT I will say the dining package was worth it in the end b/c we had AMAZING spots for the WOC show. Definitely worth it to get a dining package some place.

We love it at Carthay! I don't really care for WCT. I feel like it's just over priced pasta. We like going to Carthay for lunch. It's a nice break for the middle of the day.
