Hi everyone,
For those of you who will be at Disneyland in mid through late August, just thought I'd let you know if you aren't aware that the World Gymnastics Championships for men and women will be in Anaheim at that time. If you're interested in going, only strip tickets are being sold right now, but I'm sure individual night tickets will go on sale pretty soon. Keep an eye out at www.usa-gymnastics.org.
I have a feeling that this will affect crowds at Disneyland during that time, because this is a huge event, as far as the number of participants, not to mention the spectators and those who are in town just for USA Gymnastics annual conference. This event is the qualifier for the 2004 Olympics, so every country that possibly can field teams will do so at Worlds, in hopes of being one of the top 12 that make it.
And FYI, the Americans are looking AMAZING right now. I think it's the most talented generation ever.
