Working For Disney: Management & Professional Positions?

Hi Gang

I'm just wondering what it would be like to work for Disney in a professional position (engineer, computer systems analyst, project manager or functional manager, etc...).

Does anyone have any experience working for Disney especially in the above types of positions? What is the company moral and how do they treat their employees? Are they open to advancing employees through training and/or other routes? What are the benefits like?

I have a few friends who work in strategic planning for Disney in Burbank. It's a superstar group, really awesome. They'd recommend it to anyone.
