Work going on at BCV?

I read a post yesterday on TripAdvisor about a trip last week that said the following about BCV:

"Every day that we were there they were doing serious renovating. They had big tractors and cranes working all over the grounds. There was a constant jack hammering sound, a loud sander, and workers all over painting."

It said this was from an April trip, and the review was posted 4/12.

Anybody know what's going on? Sounds like more than normal maintenance?

We walked by BCV on 4/11. It looked like they were repairing and painting the balconies.

We were there end of March through April and yes they are working on the outside buildings.. I didn't find it distracting though.
