Work from home devices?

I have a surface pro. It works like an iPad except I can connect a docking station that allows me to hook up a disc drive, larger screen, keyboard, a back up drive or two, mouse, USBs, etc. I work much faster using a real keyboard and mouse at times, especially when using Word and Excel.

I wonder if there’s a way to connect an iPad to a larger screen. Tomorrow is day two so I’ll see how it goes. I need to find a mouse for iPad hoping it’s helps me click between pages and tool bar

What kind of job can you do with just an Ipad? I couldn't imagine doing my job from an ipad as I need a real keyboard (even if just on a laptop) and a decent sized screen.

You can get a keyboard for your ipad. If you job involves a lot of management and reporting, it's pretty easy to live off an ipad. I wouldn't do it every date, but I can make it work when I travel.

I’ve been working from home since April. My work had us take our computer desktop box, our monitors from our desks plus keyboard mouse and headset. I found a good office chair is important as well as getting the monitors at the best height.
