Work/Etiquette Question?

Yes, we always take collections for things like that at work....and we embarrass the heck out of the ones that won't contribute...for retirements we hound ev eryone over and over until they cough up some money! We don't ask for any set amount...if someone wanted to give as little as 5.00 that would be fine...just give something!

Yes I would donate. However at one point in my office envelopes were coming around two or three times a week. That got to be a little too much and I lessened my donations.

I would donate in a heartbeat, but I dont always carry cash.
With everyone taking debit cards nowadays cash is a thing of the past.
But, if you give people a 1-2 notice then thats jsut plain not nice.
