Word of warning about ordering from foodsaver.com

I think the next time I will just get one at Target. I ordered a new one because my old one broke and the new one I bought only sealed the small bags. I ordered one and it arrived on Tuesday. I opened it on Wednesday and luckily I tried it out before tossing the boxes because it was dead. I called them and they ran through the usual things (which I had already tried) like changing the outlet and they finally said pack it, ship it Fedex with tracking and they will send me another one. When I asked about my return shipping and how I would be reimbursed they said they don't reimburse for return shipping. Not even for a defective item! I asked for a supervisor and finally got him to say he would reimburse the shipping as a "one time courtesy". So I had to shell out $24.00 at Fedex and now I have to wait for them to reimburse me the shipping.

Much easier to get my next one at Target or Bed, Bath and Beyond and if I have a problem I can exchange it there.
