This is the link that appears via the Disneyland Paris site's booking process.

However, the quote you get is not valid.

If you make your actual booking via telephone, you'll be charged significantly more (and more than if you booked the travel direct)

Here's my correspondence:

Dear Mr Addison,

I understand now thank you.

Please note that on http://visit.disneylandparis.co.uk/how-to-get-there/by-car.xhtml, it is clearly mentioned:

You can search for your own self-drive options from the UK to France through Travel Gateway.
Disneyland® Paris terms and conditions do not apply to bookings made with Travel Gateway.

This explains then the price difference as this is not through us.

Kindest regards,

Dear Mr Addison,

I have just tried it and I do not reach Travel Gateway when I enter the dates and other details before clicking on “Go”, I reach https://book.disneylandparis.com/HotelSearchState.aspx.

Dear Anne-Sophie,

Travel Gateway is the window that opens to give you a quote when you use this site: www.disneylandparis.co.uk

Dear Mr Addison,

Thank you for your e-mail.

Please note that Travel Gateway is a Travel Agency and not Disneyland Paris Direct and therefore we can be hold responsible for any special offer they are holding.

Our website is located at www.disneylandparis.co.uk and you cannot obtain quote with Eurotunnel on it.

Whenever I book anything Disney and I am not doing it through DVC, I simply book through our travel agent. She always gets us the best price and works to ensure that if any discounts come out after we book, that we get those discounts as well.

Now, I know that this is even more important when we do decide to go to Disneyland Paris (probably still a couple years away for us though), so thank you for the heads up.

lol

Thank you Ann-Sophie,

However, please note that at this end there is no pop up window advising that you are leaving the Disneyland Paris website. I agree, if there was it would be very clear.

Kind regards,

Mark

Dear Mr Addison,

I do admit this might be confusing, however when you click on search, a pop up window is showing advising you are leaving the Disneyland Paris website to the Travel Gateway one where different Booking Terms and Conditions apply and Disneyland Paris would not be responsible for the eventual booking made.

Anyway, I have cancelled your Eurotunnel at no charge and a new confirmation letter will reach you shortly.

We wish you a very magical stay at Disneyland Paris!

Magically yours,

I see,

Forgive me, but that is very confusing/misleading (not intentionally I’m sure), as the small print is not evident within the booking process, and the link clearly states ‘Disneyland Paris Travel Gateway’.

Can you please amend my booking and remove the travel, as we can purchase this at a cheaper cost, directly via Eurotunnel.

Regards,

Mark

Thanks for the advice :) so it looks like it's best to book all modes of transport independently. BTW I've just edited your posts to remove your booking number.
