Word of advice for BOG FP

Perhaps this has already been covered here, but I will tell you about our experience with BOG FP. Using the BOG website, I made FP lunch reservations for our party of nine. I ordered everyone's meal in advance, and then I printed out the list of who got what. When we arrived at the restaurant at the designated time, there was no problem with the FP itself, but when we went to the cashier, she said (and with quite an attitude, I must say) that there was no record of our order. There were several children in our party and it originally took me about 4 or 5 tries to get onto the website and at least an hour or so to sort out all of the orders. Luckily I had the printout with me and the cashier was able to use it to re-enter our orders. Even though she checked off each item as she placed the order, we still came up one meal short. I must say that during our entire stay, she was the only rude CM we encountered. All others went out of their way to be helpful & friendly. All she needed to say was "Sorry this happened & I will help you to fix this". So please print out your order & take it with you. This FP cannot be linked to your MB.
 
Thank you. We have one for next month and I have our FP printed out but not our ordered meals that's a good idea.
 
I've stopped ordering food ahead because it never seems to go through. But last time it was a nightmare to get the food ordered, because the group in front of us had NO idea how to use the kiosk and kept messing it up and starting over. Finally we just went and stood behind another kiosk. The ordering system there leaves much to be desired.
 

I got a special invitation to do the BOG FP+ but wasn't able to get any time during our stay. Seemed kind of foolish to send out a special email inviting us to book a BOG FP+ and not have any times available at all.
 
That happened to me last November, no record of my order. I have it booked for next month, we didn't pre-order.
 
We did the FP but just ordered when we got there. After sitting for about 45 minutes and seeing everyone else get their food, we finally inquired about ours. They had no clue what happened to it! Had to give them our receipt and have them reorder it. We told them we were about to miss our next FP and they just said "sorry...nothing we can do about that."

I guess the moral is that if your food doesn't come relatively quickly, it is better to be pushy about it than to wait patiently!
