google wootalyzer. So far that is the best one I've found. There is one that you can use with firefox but after a while it stops refreshing. (for me at least)

make sure you close it before you go to bed (if you leave your pc on at night). We've woken up to the alarm going off.

Thanks! I thought it would start tomorrow... by my calculations, the BOC may come up Thursday between 5:00 - 6:00 pm eastern time

For a woot alarm, I use mywoot.net. But you can google "woot alarm". The first thing that comes up is a "woot wiki" and there are a few sites at the top of the wiki that all work just a little differently. Try them and see which you like. I like that you can leave the tab open and it counts down right there on the tab so you don't have to keep going back and checking while you do other stuff on the computer.

A woot off is the clearance for the month for woot. Rather than one item a day, they sell the handful (or more) of items that are left over - when it sells out, they sell a new item. It usually lasts 2 1/2 days.

In lieu of typical product sales, Woot occasionally offers a blind grab bag officially called "Random Crap". Its accompanying picture has lent it the name "Bag of Crap" (BOC). The BOC contains at least three items whose value and quality are not guaranteed, but sometimes expensive items are included. The BOC typically triggers thousands of order requests and sells out within seconds. Processing a customer's order for a BOC may take over an hour.

They put all kinds of fun things in there. Last year around Halloween time, people got a boat load (enough to give out for halloween instead of candy) sansa personal radios. Seriously, I read someone got 200+ and another with 500+. I was lucky enough to get in on that, didn't get the radios but did get a nifty XXXL tshirt with Iceberg a head on it.

also some little bath things that I gave my niece. Someone got a speaker, yep just one. And it's all packaged in nice bags of Texas air.

And who can forget last Christmas? My husband got in his stocking from Santa a set of drumsticks that you plug into your iPod so you can play along with the music. Oh, the joy of Christmas Past!
