Yippee!! Just me & DS15 (turning 16 on our last day there!) this time around



I was thrilled that the 'boy' still wanted to go on vacation with me let alone WDW being he's a typical Teen!!!! (I've secretly dubbed it the "Mommy & Me Trip" although I'll never tell him!)


It's been a tough tough year so I had to get creative & make some cuts (time/value resort etc).. but now that the hotel & airfare are booked & paid for let the crazy planning begin!

Congratulations

We celebrated our youngest DD's 16th birthday last year. She still talks about it. You and your DS will have such special memories.

Now that my oldest is married I treasure our mother daughter trips with my youngest.

Thats awesome! last year I took my DS who had turn 16 and my DD who was 21. My DS wasn't looking forward to it since, like you said, his a typical teenager and didnt see the thrill. But now he keeps asking when we are going back. He had a terrific time and is a Disney lover now. Hopefully I will be booking soonfor next year also,just have to figure out the best dates.

just excited about booking a first dcl cruise for myself... figured this thread was appropriate!
