It took me about 3-4 weeks to recieve it after I ordered it. If you're on a broadband connection, you can watch an older Disney vacation video (but with more hotel info) on DisneyWorld.com. You'll recieve your copy though within 32 days.

whoo hoooo!!! when it was 30 below and snowing here, we popped that in to remind us of our trip.
from christmas day when we told our son about our trip, until we left on jan 7th, he watched it every afternoon after school!!

I watched mine last night! It was great! They have this little triva game you can play which was pretty funny.

It only took a week and a half for my video to come...maybe you should call or something

When did you order it? You might be in the next shipment. I never get it within a week and a half, its always about 3 weeks or so. If it takes longer, I guess you can try again. But according to the terms, they have 3-4 weeks to ship it.
