It used to be black just like the one under yours.
The TF finds something funny or witty and put's it under there with color.

Not exactly.
You get to write things down there, like it says DIS Veteran.
When you say something funny or whatever the TF will color that and if they wish add things you have said or something. :]

Like on a food network thread I said I have a fridge gnome!
And the Tag Fairy put under my username and colored it, the only thing I put was the Harry Potter=<3
But they can put smilies and stuff like my heart too.

They will color it no matter what they think of it.

So when I joined I later on put Harry Potter=<3 under my username.
The TF I guess saw a post of mine from the Food Netowork thread.
So they colored the Harry Potter one and they added the fridge gnome one, and the house elf one.

So if they color anything, they color everything. Even if they didn't like the Harry Potter one, they would still color it.

And they make everything different colors.

And they can still add to mine but they only have so much room and smilies and scrolling things take up alot of space.

Which is why sometimes when someone gets more tags they sometimes get their other things taken out. TF's can take things away! Either to add something different or whatever their reason.
