I just talked Mom into chucking out the Turkey, and instead going with me to BCV for Thanksgiving.

(Although I may surprise her with a turkey dinner there that she doesn't have to cook).

I"m so excited. I love a non-traditional "No-Way Jose" Thanksgiving celebration!!!!

And my college roomie from VA is going to AKV for XMAS - so we're meeting up with her husband and her kids.....

----

And meeting up with my best friend and family (since 6 years old) for SPring Break at Vero Beach

----

Oh, hubby and daughter goign up for a quick jaunt in March to meet up with Grandparents

----

It justs keeps getting better and better..... Friends and Family it really is....

We will be at SSR GV at Thks with the whole clan (between 9 and 12 of us...got a few hold-outs). I can't wait!

Our first Thanksgiving at the World. We did Christmas last year - so wonderful! Best Christmas ever!

Congrats on all your trips - it's so fun to have a bunch planned! We are going on the Christmas Wonder cruise (DH's 40th b-day is 12/27, so it's perfect - Christmas Day and b-day on the ship!),

AND we have two weeks at Kidani Village in June '09! We did 2 weeks in June '08 at SSR, so I am ready to be back with the Mouse!

I made a turkey this weekend. Mom taught me to make gravy.

IF you ever saw Seinfield, we were joking about Happy THanksmas! (followed by Serenity NOW!) jokes.

so we've done our "HOliday" and running away to the beach.

I hope someday to go on a Disney cruise. We had plans about 2 years ago, but I lost the job and at 5K (for 1 week), it was just too much money. So I can dream.....

As far as the turkey goes - I hear Liberty Tree Tavern does a good job at a traditional Thanksgiving dinner!
