**Woohoo !! It's Christmas Day **

Gorgeous dress, Mandy! :goodvibes Where's it from, if you don't mind me asking?

Not at all Karen, it's from Wallis

I wrapped up a pile of prezzies. :santa:

Blimey, I am impressed :thumbsup2

that is a lovely dress Mandy :) will you wear it to the dis meet in october :woohoo:

No Nat, I think I'll be safer in trousers or cropped trousers, just in case I fall over due to excess alcohol :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

How much shopping have you done so far?

All I have got is my Secret Santa Christmas pressie, I haven't bought a thing for the family - and I haven't got a clue what the girls want this year

I've Missed these Reminders of How many Days/Weeks/Months till Christmas! Quite Frankly because all the Elves are still on Vacation! But, as august becomes September, the Elf College becomes busy with Fresh Elves (and the occasional Midget looking for a Christmas Job.. :rotfl2: ) All Ready to learn the basics of Elfery.. It's a Busy time, apart from the Big Winter Months..

My gift for you this time is a Special Diploma from the Elf Academy. May they help you with whatever Academic ideas you will be faced with come the Summer break..

That's a beautiful dress, Mandy :goodvibes

I have bought part of my Secret Santa present, but that's it, I'm afraid. I can feel some shopping coming on in WDW next month though.....

Laur's princess:

Thanks for the reminder about Secret Santa Laur's. I've started a new thread about our future 'Secret' exchanges, which should help those who are off to WDW soon

Woohoo !! Christmas Day is 17 Weeks Today !!

Mandy :santa:

Thanks for this, Mandy. Can't believe I will be at WDW in just over three weeks :yay: and present buying.

As predictable as I am I cant wait to shop for Christmas

Christmas seems to be getting over looked by me this year lol, with the wedding being so close after I just seem to leap frog from the December wdw trip to the wedding trip,

Sometimes I feel I may hit myself coming back lol

But I am in a festive mood today, I have run out of things to do, Im bored of being home,

Im really look forward to xmas this year, last years was a bit of an anti climax with the wedding in December and then coming home to a burst pipe that wrecked my xmas tree!!

Most of my presents are all done, just my parents to buy for now!!

Blimey, I'm really impressed Laura, I haven't even written a list or anything - I'm going to have to make a start once the girls are back to school

Mandy :)

I can't believe that you lot have done loads of shopping and wrapping already!! :faint:

I'm really looking forward to Christmas this year, I was miserable last week when wew got back from WDW so I cheered myself up by thinking that Christmas is just round the corner!

Oooh I wonder when the first proper Xmas ad will be on the telly?

:cool1:   I love this thread, not long till I post my DIS cards, send my Secret Santa, give the pressies to the family and then do nothing - no turkey to cook, no party food to buy, no buying heaps and heaps of booze, just get on the plane and off we go, I have to be honest though part of me will miss it. I am going to take my Secret Santa and any DIS cards I get before we go with me unopened. I can then put my cards up at Saratoga

Oooh I wonder when the first proper Xmas ad will be on the telly?

I've seen the Studio Cards catalogue advertised on the telly, and heard restaurant ads on the radio for Christmas parties, but I was shocked to see Christmas cards put up in our local Card Factory shop

no turkey to cook, no party food to buy, no buying heaps and heaps of booze, just get on the plane and off we go, I have to be honest though part of me will miss it.

Now that sounds like heaven Jules, Christmas is a great time to be in WDW

went to two garden centre at weekend & they had christmas cards out & the trees were out ready to be put up & decorated. The chairty shop all have there cards on sale now also. At this rate it won't be long before these things are on sale all through the year.

A card shop in rhyl town have had xmas cards on one part of an aisle since the end of July, now they have the whole aisle full of xmas cards :confused3

When I went to buy a birthday card last week there was an aisle of Xmas cards.

I can't wait till the Christmas trees are in the shops as I've got to buy a new one and some lights too

I love it when all my decorations are up, it looks so bare the rest of the year

Oooh, it's less than 3 months until I can put them up (though I believe David (diapp) usually puts his tree up before me)
