WooHoo, got a Nikkor 10-24!!!

I am super excited! For two reasons, the first is that my girlfriend and I just marked eight years together!
For this special occasion I was given a Nikkor 10-24 af-s blah blah blah. Obviously I know how much this gift cost but she insisted she wanted to get it for me for a while. I just am so excited that I now have a great wide angle lens and can't wait to try it out soon. I am thinking I should go drive up a mountain.

I didn't know they made a 10-24 now. I used to have a 12-24 on DX and now have the 14-24 on FX.

Is this one DX or FX?

i picked up one a couple of months ago to go with the 24-70. It is a nice very lense. You will love it. I have shot a couple of birthday parties and of course the trip back to the world to really experiment with it.

This new lens looks great on my D7000 too.

This is a close up of the micro printing on a canadian 20 dollar bill just above the queens head.

Printing is about 1/64th on an inch high so that is pretty cool!
