I bought Pilates for Dummies today at Best Buy. Can't wait to try it later tonight. The kiddos are both sleeping we wore them out taking them to Kinkos for copies of WW journal I got at www.dwlz.com and Best Buy so dh could spend his gift card that was buring a whole in his pocket. I should be doing my workout but dh is playing video game he just got. :rolleyes2

I bought Pilates for Dummies at Best Buy too! I think you'll really like it, as long as you don't get discouraged when you can do the moves full out the first time. I did the beginner modifications in the beginning and i keep getting better and better. She is a great instructor. Enjoy :)

I haven't tried Pilates for Dummies, but I took a class last week at my gym. It was so great! A real workout, but very relaxing, too. I really look forward to this class every week.

Thanks for posting this! I've always thought Pilates looked very interesting, and I would like to get this while it's available. I don't expect to be able to do it now, but it will be nice to already have it in hand when I get to a point that it's doable for me.

Your DH sounds a little like mine. Mine loves Best Buy (always loves the BB gift cards his mother gives him for Christmas), and he loves his video games. Mine, however, also loves his high-def big screen TV and his "perfectly designed" home theater sound system. I'm married to a self-proclaimed "technogeek." :rotfl:

::yes:: Yep hes into all that tecno stuff for tv too except we can't afford all the tvs and stuff. We have a 10 year old tv he got at sale from ones his mom was replacing in a hotel she was in charge of years and years ago.

We wish we could get a new big screen or something. Maybe some year for now we are just getting by barely by a string. :sad1:

Oh we can't afford DH's habit either....that's for CERTAIN. He has a Best Buy credit card, and although he's finally made the last payment on that monstrosity of a TV that he purchased 5 years ago, he's still paying for sound equipment! UGH! :crazy2: (NEVER get a BB credit card if you don't already have one....they are just WAY too tempting.)

Oh well, he works hard AND let's me plan trips to WDW as long as I come up with the money. It's really difficult sometimes, but I try not to fuss about the extreme amount he's paying in finance charges (not too much, anyway). ;)

Yeah where were you 5 years ago to tell me not to be BB card. I already did. I bought a game system with it then paid it off and bought the "NEW" upgraded game system and never paid that off. I owe them sooo much money and haven't paid a payment in so long. I had to go on leave early for pregnancy induced hypertension and then when I did go back dh had to work long full weeks(7 days a week :( ) and I had to quit it was too hard to get to and from work we each worked 30 miles from work in oppsite directions so almost impossible. So needless to say BB is not happy with me.

We are in process of filing bankruptcy so we can get a fresh start and NO credit cards for me after this.
