1 inch off Bust, belly, and thighs and a whopping 3 off my waist - and I'm still in ketosis despite the chocolate yesterday.

I am off to see my parents tomorrow - my mum is also on Atkins and has lost about the same as me but was much smaller to start with, so I won't have a problem with eating there.

The only problem will be my Dad - sigh - 'Not looking much thinner, gel, still got a fair way to go'. He loves winding me up - always used to be his speciality esp when I was a teenager! Until I threw dessert at him - Lemon Meringue Pie - LOL
