I've no idea how I found it, my mum somehow came across it. She was a member but she gave up on it so I decided to get my own account on here

Once upon a time, DH used to 'surf' the net (he's not allowed anymore, as I am always on) and he stumbled upon this site.

I found this site while I checking out about DVC. There is a link at the bottom of the DVC FAQ on AllEars. I lurked for a bit because I was too nervous to post!! Two years on I'm more like - "Why doesn't EVERYBODY do this"

I found the site years ago - I was pretty new to the 'net and I think I put Disney in a search engine and came upon some boards. I asked a question and it took about 4 or 5 days to get a response - then someone posted cryptically "You would find your answer on the DIS" and they gave me a link. (I've still no idea who that was!!!) BTW, those boards I found originally ceased to exist several years ago.

When I joined, there was only one board and Pete had to create a few more because people started to get to know each other and post friendly off-topic posts which annoyed the folk who wanted info ...... hence the Community and Inspiration boards were born!! I was about the only Brit around then in those early days.....although after a short break, I found a few more had found their way

No, really, Bonzo is a nice guy, along with his DW who is also a member here.

I can't remember now how I found this site. It was either from Simon's book or from looking at some results from a Google search.
