Unfortunately without the keys to Marty McFly's Delorean (ask your parents... ) we can only do the one holiday so I reluctantly rang Virgin to cancel the other...Which opened up a WHOLE new can of worms when I enquired about my FVC discount to be told in no uncertain terms that as I hadn't rang their dedicated number to book the holiday I couldn't have the discount. I'm still awaiting the reply to the snotty email I sent about THAT!
I swear that their customer service gets worse each year. And I hope they'e not trying to kid anyone that their call centre is in this country...
