Tickets are $87.50! WOW thats a lot!

Yeh, and then add ticketmaster's convenience charge - they ended up costing us $95.80, and that was in the upper level! Hotel room, gas, food, boarding the dog, sitter for the kids. Oh well, it will be a fun weekend!

We paid 61.00 for upper level. My DH went to the arena and avoided the 10.50 service charge.

lucyanna girl- That is really neat what Tim and Faith do for the community. I wish we saw more of that among celebrities.

We are really lucky here, Start, LA., where Tim was raised is just a few miles down the road from us. Every year, (except last, when they performed to raise money for hurricane victims instead) Tim has come home to give back to the community thru Swamp Stock. This is a softball game played by Tim, Faith, and wonderful guests, (last one had Martina McBride and Jeff Bates among others) followed by a concert that lasts well into the night.
The youth in our community has a first class baseball and softball complex thanks to Tim and Faith. Other community programs benefit as well.
Isn't it wonderful when generous people like this give their time and enormous talent to help their home towns? I think it shows real class.

Swampstock is a great thing that he and Faith do. I think he also has a scholarship fund.

I think the prices for this show are reasonable. It's Tim and Faith!!! They are both headliners. Toby Keith tickets, for his show here are 120 and sorry but Toby is no Tim LOL.

Yeh, I usually go buy them from the civic center too, but this one was in Birmingham (about 4-5 hours) from us - had no choice on that one. They're showing the upper level as $65 on this one, but I guess the first few ones in the upper level (where we're at) are still considered the higher priced one ($85). Oh well, probably better than being in the back on the lower level.

I'm waiting for them to go on sale tomorrow morning! It's our anniversary and I can't think of a better way to spend it.
