Woo Hoo!! New additions to website are GREAT (Booked Everything!!)

Just got EVERTHING scheduled for our July Cruise. I booked Palo Dinner and brunch, spa reservations, registered 2 kids for Flounders Nursery and reserved the time for them in FN for our Palo times, scheduled the other 2 kids for the club and lab!!! I feel so free now. My compulsive planning bug has been CURED!! GREAT JOB DCL!! Amy

Are you doing all this at the DCL website? Did you book through them? Can those of us who used a TA access this or only those who booked through Disney?

We did book through DCL. I don't know if it makes a difference or not. Pop on over and check it out and see. Just go to My Reservation and follow it through. Good Luck!! Amy

Is anyone else having trouble retrieving their reservation at the DCL site. I book through a TA but my reservation is paid in full and I am a CC member and I am less than 90 days out from my 23 July cruise. I input my reservation number and my birthdate and the same screen appears requesting my same info again. I'm so bummed.

Maybe the site is slammed cause ALL of the Disboard members rushed right over to make their reservations the minute they found out about it.

I didn't mean any intentional problem, just very high traffic. What one Diser knows, we all know. And we are the most informed of DCLs passengers I'm sure.

As with anything new that involves computers, I expect that there are few bugs to work out. Others have said they were successful so

You're not alone. We're having problems too. At first, the site would not let us make Palo reservations for some odd reason. It did allow us to sign the kids up for the kids clubs. Then when we tried again later, it said that we could not do anymore since our reservation was missing a birthday or payment (both of which they already have). Bummer that they only put this up today and did not get the glitches out before my family's cruise this week. Oh well, here come the in person reservation lines.

I just tried to get into my reservation for the same cruise. We had booked through Costco. I tried with my reservation number and bday and it didn't work, so I tried my husbands bday and it worked. It would not let me book anything though because this is my first cruise and I am not 75 days out yet. Hopefully this helps.

I had been trying to make the reservation using my laptop. I must have some antispyware installed that prevented me from accessing the sight. I would never have known it had I not checked these boards to see that so many people had been able to make reservations with no problem. So I went downstairs and used the computer in DH's study and I got right through.

I booked through a TA. Using my confirmation/reservation number and birthday, I was able to get through and reserve times for Palo and the Spa and get my kids registered. We are on the 5/28/05 West Coast cruise.

Just wanted to let everyone know who needs info on Costa Maya, that it's now listed with the other "special ports" on the new DCL web site!

I had problems but I shut down and restarted and everything worked. I called DCL and was told I was too close to my sailing date (SUN), but that was not the case. Try going to register.go.com\go\login to see if your information is correct. I also noticed my kids birthdates were incorrect when I registered them for activities even though they are correct in the profile. Another glitch??
