I had heard a LOT of really great things about Cirque du Soleil La Nouba at Disney. I knew it was something my girls (my wife, mom and DD) would love. However, I've been pounding away the overtime and side jobs just to pay for our first ever stay at the Poly, so I was hesitatnt to commit to paying the money for the tickets.

A couple weeks ago, I got a mailer from a local Native American casino, offering a free room. My wife and I were able to get staff in the house for our disabled kids, so we got a night out. While there, I didn't have a lot of money for gambling; we just LOVE the great buffet they have.

Well, the blackjack Gods were happy with me for some reason and I left there almost $600 ahead.

Needless to say, I was online ordering front and center tickets for my girls that night!

I'm so excited for them, and they are beside themselves. Now, as long as we don't get a freak snowstorm the day we're planning to leave or something, our magical trip just got a little more magic! :)

Good for you! We just booked a trip to the Poly for next Dec, and DS is already asking if we can go to La Nouba. I almost choked when I saw the prices for the front and center seats (and I don't play blackjack!), but I read on here yesterday that the cheaper seats are still excellent, as it's a small theater. So, if we start saving now, I'd love to be able to do Cirque next year. Please let us know how it went when you get back & have a great trip!

I will definitely let you know what the girls think of the show when we get back. Everything I'd read here at the DIS about LaNouba has been glowing, so I really hope they have a good time! :)

This is so funny...I hit my local Racino over the weekend and came out $300 ahead...and I just ordered my La Nouba tix today! NY minds think alike!

Its our first La Nouba too.....very excited!

We needed handicapped (not wheelchair) seating and took Category 2, section 105. Looks like great seats, although not front and center.
