Woo Hoo! I Love SWA!

I have been having a heck-of-a-time getting the exact flights I need for our short trip in November. We are not flexible this time due to DH's work schedule, so could only book certain days/flight times. I finally ended up just booking one-way MHT to MCO at $79, because the flight we needed for the return was "unavailable". I started checking the SWA site twice a day hoping for that flight to open up. Well, finally my obsessiveness paid off and not only did the flight open up, I was able to get $49 fare! Ya hoo! But....of course....that wasn't good enough! I had to still check every day to see if the $79 ones would go down (we are a spoiled lot, aren't we?? ). Lo and behold, I hopped on the computer at 6:30 this morning and our flight to MCO had opened up for $49 as well!! Great way to start my day!! So, now I have $60 in ticketless travel funds to use towards our next trip!

I Love SWA (now if we could only get them to install those TVs like JetBlue)!!

That is great!!! TVs? I hope not, I find the passengars and FAs more entertaining than TV and besides, the fares will go up with more frills.

Late last night I found a great quote for flyi.com of $355 (3 people) from Washington DC to MCO... this morning that rate was NO WHERE to be found. So I looked at Southwest and got a rate of $350... woohoo! 5 hours of travel time sure beats 28!

I finished making plans last night and found great rates on SW DING that fit right into the plans! You have to love that DING!

Just got back last week and flew SWA roundtrip from Manchester to MCO for $49 each way ...what a bargin!!!! Now with the gas prices so high I can't even fill my gas tank for that much !!!
