Woo Hoo! Finally joining the camping world!

After 4 years of looking, debating, and sometimes even borrowing, we have finally bought one of our own! Picked up our Jayco 32BHDS yesterday. Already had a trip booked June 8th-15th at Coronado Springs. Gonna try and see if we can change it over to a camping trip and pull her down from Mississippi.

Man, it is great to finally be here!

Bummer they are booked but it doesn't hurt to keep trying. I hear that you can keep checking for people who cancel last minute.

You may want to check online. I just did a search for those dates and all 4 types of sites are available. You can always book a new reservation then cancel your other one.

Also you can book for a longer period of time (say 2 weeks) as longer reservation times take precedence. After booking, just cancel the days you don't want. Congrats on the Jayco, they make a fine camper.

Keep trying! Their are always cancellations! They seems to be always saying nothing available( but there really is)! I spent the winter in Fl ( a month at the fort) and friends would tell us all booked up. We were there and they were not all booked . KEEP TRYING!

You might want to try again. I plugged in your dates and got availability in all 4 types of sites (Partial, Full, Preferred, Premium). June is not as busy a camping time as spring and fall (great weatherwise) and during any holiday season. Go to the main http://www.disneyworld.com website, plug in the dates in the tool on the upper left (choose Hotel, then the campsites is the very LAST choice in the resort selection).

Hopefully you will strike pay dirt.

Got it! Called again this morning and got a premium site booked for the week! Even got reservations in Gulf Shores, AL for 3 days on the way home and still saved about $1500.

Finally gonna make it after 3 years of trying.

Yeah, I know. The 250 got 11-12 mpg pulling her home on the interstate. I figure probably about 10 mpg when I have her loaded. Either way, 2 weeks of vacation and a first stay at Fort Wilderness will be worth it.
