Wont be getting any Magic for Christmas

I was really, really hoping to go to the World for even just a few days, im not selfish, I would have settled for even 4 days. We were at the Poly last Christmas and it was a phenominal trip. Not that I can complain, i've made GREAT use of my AP's. But now that im seeing lots of Christmas ads and such on tv, im longing for some December Magic. In lou of any upcoming trips ( we did have an extended August Swan stay ) DH is doing some long over due updates on the house. Were remodeling some of the kitchen and we tore out a wall off the kitchen to make a family room slash maybe dining space. We've got 5 kids and lots of neices and nephews so when we we entertain there just doesnt seem to be enough space. So I am very thankful to see some improvements in my house. But hey can a girl still wish for some Santa/Mickey/Pixie/Castle/Poly/Swan/ToT/Princesses/HM/Main Street/Magic

I'm with you Christine. About 2 weeks ago DH said to me Why don't we go to WDW for Christmas. We work for the same company and they are closing for the Christmas holiday.

After researching airfare, the thought of paying $200.00 more for 3 to fly than the 4 of us paid last year bothers me. So we thought about driving but we can't stand the thought of 24 hours in the car again. ....

Thansk Lisa, Do the Drive!! Ive done it from Mass twice, and I did all the driving!!
Thats how I convinced DH to do it! Hey, if he ageed to go, I'll get right behind that wheel!!

Its just such a fantastic time of year to go. And once you've been there near Christmas, you want it again. I would love to actually spend one Christmas day there. Maybe someday.............


PS Southwest still has great Dec. rates. Im still looking, like to drive myself nuts.
