I will be traveling with my DH, DD5 and DS7. We wanted to try something different. What is better Wonderworks or Disneyquest?

I'm not familiar with wonderworks, but I wouldn't waste my money on DisneyQuest. My DH and DS12 were there the evening of 11/4, spent 3 hours there, and gave it the "thumbs down". :sad2: Many machines were in need of repair, and they didn't find it worth the ticket price. YMMV. :smooth:

We went to wonderworks, it was stupid and I would not waste your time and money there. We played lasertag and they areana was not all that they advertised. (OH WELL).

I know the other poster did not like disneyquest but my nephews loved it and spent three nights there. THat is all they talk about, they want to go back to disney to go to disneyquest. I guess it is all in opinion.

My DS loves Disney Quest! We haven't tried Wonderworks but the comdey/magic dinner show there gets good reviews here from many posters. It's something we want to try on a future trip.

I liked DQ myself.....a little loud at times but so unique. Pirates of the Carribbean was my favorite and my DD loved the Create Zone.

It can be expensive but we enjoy it.

Never been to DQ, but we did go to Wonder works one night when it rained and my son liked it. We bought the combo with the Magic show and we loved that! Great audience participation and it was so funny! Pizza wasn't the best, but there is unlimited beer, wine and pop (soda).

My 2 sons (ages 7 & 8) absolutely loved Disney Quest!! We just returned from Disney and they went there 4 nights in a row, and didn't want to leave!!!

My DS loves DQ, but DH and I don't care too much for it. If your children are really into video games and the like, then they will probably really like it. Unless you are doing the magic show at Wonderworks, its almost not worth it.

Regarding DisneyQuest....we used to love it too! We hadn't visited in 5 years and DS and DH were appalled at how many things were broken last week, weren't working or just plain run down.

It does make me believe the rumours of ESPN Zone taking over the space in the future. If not, why ignore all the need of repair to all the activities? it's just not Disney-like.....
