I have been reading how wonders of life is now only open during peak attendence .


We are going the middle of Oct and Im hoping with the wine and food festival going on does anyone know if the pavillion will be open?

I sure hope so

I'm really not sure how "peak" it has to be! My brother just got back yesterday and it wasn't open last week at all. I really don't understand why they've closed this pavillion - are they supposedly doing any sort of rehab? I love Cranium Command and Body Wars.

Me too! Does anyone know why it closed? I loved that pavilion. Is it the victim of cutbacks? or was something wrong with it? Maybe we should all sing the song from L'il Abner, "Put it back, the way it was!!" to Disney executives.

Sorry to say I must disagree with the put it back the way it was sentiment- it was in real need of a general overhaul. While cranium command and the making of me were good, Body wars was not frequented as much as it once was, and the draw had began to drop off- for what it's worth

I was there during spring break end of March and then again mid May and it was not open and they told us then they did not know when and if it would open during high attendance. My brother told me it was not open over Memorial Day weekend either..so looks like they are not really opening it at all anymore...

I believe one reason it closed was it was a bit outdated compared to recent rehabs in Future World and because it lost its' corporate sponsor.

We were there for spring break (the week before Easter), it was open then. The rides/shows were open, but none of the food/beverage places. We walked in about an hour before park closing and practically had the place to ourselves - no waits, walked on everything.

I also had heard (probably from these boards) the main reason it was closed was loosing corporate sponsorship which took away money to make necessary upgrades.

You won't be able to get an anwer to your question until about a month out. Disney is currently only opening this attraction when they are short on capacity in that part of Epcot. That means that as long as the other attractions on that side of Epcot (Test Track, Mission Space, Energy Adventure) are open and the crowds aren't expected to be heavy then it will most likely be closed.

Is this where the Making of Me is located? I had heard that this was a cute thing to see, so we were going to check it out when we are there in two weeks.

This pavilion has been in need of an update/refurb for awhile
now. I believe Body Wars and Cranium Command have never
had "new" stories.

Having said that, it is just bad show to shutter this pavilion.
No sponser, so what, pump in some of your bucks Disney and
get this thing updated.

The only bad attraction is a closed attraction.
