Wondering about the week BEFORE Gay Days?

Hey all, so what do you all think about crowds the week BEFORE gay days?? I know the first Halloween party will be in there, so that Friday may be a bit busy, but what about the rest of the week? Do Gay Days crowds affect this timeframe? We are not crowd people, so we always try to go in "Off-season" times....as this is the first time the hubs and I are going alone, I am hoping for it to be really light crowds. I want to show the man an AMAZING time and convert him to a true Disney LOVER forever!! giggle.

I was wondering the same thing. We will be in the parks Oct 1-5. The whole CL craziness has me a little worried. We are staying at pph so I am keeping my fingers crossed that we will have our choice of parks for EME(like they do now)

I sure would love to hear from someone who has gone during this time frame. We will be there for the Halloween Party on the 2nd, then spend the 3rd & 4th in the parks. With Gay Days starting on the 5th- I'm wondering if crowds start coming in early??
