I was wondering if anyone knows of a company that provides actual physical support in the travel process for adults who require physical assistance to meet their basic needs. I am working on assisting a friend who is paralyzed from the neck down to make a trip to the World. She requires the assistance of a staff 24/7 to meet her needs. Is there anyone out there who provides this level of support for travel?

No...But I really wish I did!

In fact...I would love to work there!

Home health care services could provide that service, you just have to find one in the area and pay for it.

A friend of mine had a company called Granny Nannies (800) 31-NANNY come to ther resort to care for a bed ridden family member while they where at the parks so maybe they could help you out as well. I'm not sure what kind of care you are looking for, but I think they do just about everything.

Billy and I too Maroo!!! We'd love to help families with special needs members on their Disney trips - just to help them in any way, give breaks etc....:thumbsup2
