We returned recently from Thanksgiving week at PB. It was great as usual but the first day there my husband and son returned from IOA without our son's beloved owl stuffed animal
Our son is autistic and carries owl with him to the parks. I knew he was probably gone but we returned to IOA and checked with lost and found. They did not have owl but the young man in lost and found that day was incredible. He said he would like to take our son over to the Universal store and let him pick out any stuffed animal he wanted. Our son chose Scooby doo and was so excited ! I feel bad that I could not remember the name of the employee but I do know that his name tag said he was from New York- he was a nice looking guy with black hair. He really made my son's day and I wanted to say a big thank you to him! He went out of his way for our son and I thought that was so nice of him.
On our last night there we checked one more time at US and they told us that someone in stroller rentals had turned in owl that night so we did get him back! So thank you also to who ever turned him in. I offered to pay for Scooby since owl was returned but they would not let me do it- they said he was a gift from them. So thanks again to everyone!
