Hi all!

I am in the process of ordering wristbands, which will be distributed during the cruise Meet 'N Greet, sometime on the first sea day / second day of the cruise. I've got a count of how many people there are in the facebook group, now I'm trying to get a sense of who else might be there that might want wrist bands.

Below is a list of DISBoard names that I believe are people NOT on the facebook group, but who have posted here. This list is longer than the list of people who are members of the facebook group. Please let me know if:
(a) you are on this list
(b) you are NOT in the facebook group, and
(c) you do want wristbands.

To be clear, if you are a member of the facebook group, then you do not need to reply, even if your DISBoard name is listed below.

Please reply before the end of next weekend (i.e., no later than July 28th). Thanks!

Just post on here, anything you would like. Anything at all, even just one word - Hi!! To get your postings up to a minimum of 10. We've all been there and had to do it, so don't hesitate and get busy and post!!! After your 10th post you can then PM someone on here.

The cruise is fast approaching us everybody. Donna and I are getting our ducks in a row. More and more "stuff" being put in our designated spot in the spare bedroom of things we don't want to forget to pack. (I can see a #2 designated spot in our future, the way it is going!!!)

Thanks for this Futurist it's a fantastic idea. The count down has really begun as we leave from Australia in just over 5 weeks to travel to USA to begin our holiday.

Anne, we are driving over on Thursday afternoon after work, won't arrive until around 4 or 5ish pm. Friday is her birthday. We already have fast passes made for the Magic Kingdom on Friday, and I have dinner plans made at Be Our Guest Restaurant at 5:45pm, and a surprise birthday cake coming to the table, so we may not make it over to DTD until Saturday afternoon the 26th. But we will be sure to stop in Saturday afternoon to meet you and to say hi. That is nice of you to offer to decorate a birthday button for Donna, thank you. Where can I get one? Are they there in the Christmas Shoppe Store?

Hope Donna has a great birthday! Sounds like you have a fun plan in place! I won't be working this Friday but will on Saturday so hope to meet you both if you are able to stop by. (I start at 3:30 pm) Her birthday button is waiting!

Holy Moley, Richard! That is a huge list! I knew that the group was growing by leaps and bounds but had no idea it was that big!

My friend kdeans1010 and I are looking into shuttles to get from the cruise ship to the Orlando Airport. Does anybody have any recommendations in which shuttle service we should take? I know some people are exploring Florida and going to Walt Disney World after the cruise. I wish we could but don't have enough time off to go exploring. So I know when I was on Princess before for the two week Hawaii cruise they offered where they would take your luggage to the airport for you and put you on a shuttle for the airport. Carnival offered a shuttle service when my Mom and I went to Mexico. So my question is does Disney offer a shuttle service to the Orlando airport?

Disney does offer transfers from cruise ship to airport for a fee, about $35 per person. If your airline is one of those that your luggage can be checked by Disney, they can be shipped directly from port to your destination.

We lucked out in trading thru RCI to get a Balcony Cabin. But no kids or grandkids this trip - just celebrating our 24th Anniversary. Would like to join the FB group too but can't send PM or visitor messages.
