does anybody know if we are able to see the Mlb wild card game October 7 on the wonder ?
We are chicago cub fans and would like to watch the game :yay::yay::yay:

The cruise will have a number of sporting events available, and I would guess that all post-season baseball will be shown if it's carried on ABC or ESPN. We have seen baseball, college football, pro football for sure. Don't watch basketball, so can't comment on that. If the game is being carried on Fox, I would guess Disney would try to show it as there would be interest.

We have found it difficult to get games on the ships - one of my only complaints. We've seen them listed in the Navigators, start watching a game and only to be kicked out of the lounge where it was being shown so they can do a DVC presentation. We've had issues with only one game being available at a time, so the one we're looking for can't be shown on the screen directly in front of us. Definitely not a plus for Disney.

DH still talks about how much he misses the ESPN zone on the old ships. Never had a problem catching a game there....

The best answer is - maybe.

As noted, if it's on ESPN or ABC it'll mostly likely be shown. If it's on another (non-Disney connected) station, they may have updates on the game, but not show the whole thing.

last year I was able to catch the Orioles Tigers games in the cabin went out to watch the Nationals game in the sports bar but was unable to. It was showing in the room though on one of the special channels that also shows Sunday Night football. Long story short, You should be able to watch the game but maybe only in your cabin and subject to satellite reception.

I'm a Cardinals fan, and I watched the 2012 NLCS on the Dream. It was heartbreaking! We also were able to watch a ton of football games on the same b2b cruise. However, since then we have noticed that they definitely don't show as many different sports channels as they used to, so the best I can say is maybe.
