Wonder 8/27/06 Who's joining us?

This is our first cruise as a family, me, my husband, my mother, my father, my son 14, daughter (almost 8), and son 5. Hoping to have a trip of a lifetime! I am wondering about several things. Should my daughter go in the higher age level? She'll be 8 the day after we return. Will my whole family sit together and have the same dinner rotation? (We have 2 rooms). Hoping to hear from any cruise mates. Especially those with kids same age. Thanks for any advice.
