Won a ticket! Now when shall we go?

I won a ticket from the superbowl promo. Now, I don't know when the best time to go would be. I already have May 11-15th off. So I could go then. However, if it is going to be crowded I might could go the first week in December. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. This trip is only going to be me (29/f) and my mom. She can't really stand in lines for long periods of time so i really don't want to go during the really busy times. Thanks again.

Sadly, I haven't got a email from Universal yet..

I know that March throughout the Summer months can be quite crowded. I personally think that January through February are good times as well as select days in September through December. Just don't go on popular holiday weeks!

Early May would be a good time to go as would the fall. You could always purchase the Express Plus passes if your friend can't stand in long lines but I doubt you would need them during a slower time. If you like roller coasters, you might want to wait until fall so you could ride the HR3 (Hollywood Rip, Ride, Rockit) that's opening this year.
