Yes - WP Cafe (on the first floor of the restaurant) is a TS. Both WP Express locations are considered quick service.

The Cafe is a 1TS on the dining plan, The Dining Room (upstairs from the cafe/fine dining) is not on the dining plan. The express is a CS on the plan.

 

[Goofy&Sleepy]

We have eaten at WPE for b'fast on DDP & it was enough to share. B'fast pizza is yummy & huge & 2 DD split waffles w/fruit & you get 2 drinks (juice & coffee or soda). A must do for us if we can swing being over that way at b'fast now & it is NOT crowded in the a.m.
