Went to Wolfgang Puck's about 5 years ago,Really enjoyed the food and atmosphere you should enjoy it.

Don't really remember exactly what I had I think Fettucine and chicken,I remember my friend had chicken satay with peanut sace which was delicious.

Does anyone know what the 1st dinner seating is???? We will be seeing cirque and wanted plenty of time to eat .:p

I really enjoyed this restaurant two years ago. The service and food were wonderful. They had an extensive wine selection and you could order by the glass. The shrimp in the shrimp cocktail were the largest I have ever seen and were scrumptuous. Enjoy!

It was one of the worst dining experiences we have had while at WDW. We went last October and here are what the problems were. We had a team of servers that both seemed to forget us. It was the loudest place we have ever eaten. The food was mediocre at best. DW had a steak and I had schnitzel and for the price it was nothing to write home about. The seating arrangement lacked also. We had eaten downstairs and would eat there again. I wouldn't eat upstairs if Wolfgang himslef invited me.

I'm exicted, for the most part I have heard great things about Wolfgangs!
sorry you had a bad experience Eeyore2U!

dansyr, I'm not sure what time they open, just call to make a PS, and ask for the earliest possible. It is probably 5:30 or 6pm.

Thanks everyone!! :)

Laura :)

We ate downstairs last week and the food was mediocre, but a lot cheaper than upstairs. I do have to say we had one of the best waiters on our trip there....and tipped him accordingly. I will not be returning and even doubt we'll go to Downtown Disney again....after 3 trips there nothing is of interest(except the BIG Disney store)

DW and I had a wonderful dinner there. When we went after seeing cirque (wow what a show) and had a very romantic and quite dinner overing looking the lake. This was about 4 years ago and the only reason we have not returned is now we have a DS and would not feel right brining him there. I recommend it.

We have eaten downstairs and the food as well as the service was wonderful. I gave it a 10 out of 10 for everything.

We are going to try the upstairs on our next trip.

Wouldn't waste my money...the food is way overrated and the service is terrible.

We've dined upstairs only once...it was a year and a half ago I believe. At any rate the food was OK but nothing special in our opinion. The service was very weird... we had two guys serving us at different points. One was too friendly talking golf forever with my husband. At times during the meal we felt forgotten.

The prices are very high for the quality of food and service. We were on Deluxe Magic on that trip. I wouldn't do it again unless I was on such a plan and even then I'd probably pick one of the other many fine choices at WDW before I'd go back.

We love the food and relative prices in the Cafe downstairs although it is very busy.

Have fun Laura!
