Hi all,
We are going to WDW on the free DDP this September, and we are trying to decide where to eat a CS in Downtown Disney.
I think Earl of Sandwich looks good, but DH is leaning towards Wolfgang Puck Express. That looks really yummy to me too.
I did a search on it, and it seems that (in 2006 and before) a lot of people were saying that you were severely limited in what you could order using the DDP.
Has anyone eated at WPE recently, and were you limited in what you could order?

We've eaten there many times on the plan and have been satisfied. The food is very good and the only things we were not allowed were the meatloaf and ravioli. The half roasted chicken is a really good deal. We've even had the creme brulee for dessert. You can only have fountain drinks and not the bottled. I would definately recommend eating there.

We just ate there the week of 5/12-19, and the only exclusion I remember hearing on the DP was the ravioli. There may have been another, but it wasn't something I had planned on ordering anyway. Oh, and you can't get bottled beverages there...only the fountain type. Iced tea was included.

I had the half rosemary chicken with mashed potatoes, and creme brulee (both were excellent). My dh had the barbecue chicken quesadilla and creme brulee (he said yummy to both!). My DS12 had a pepperoni pizza and creme brulee. My DS8 had chicken fingers, fries, and a cookie. And my Mom had a chicken ceasar salad and a brownie, which she said both were great.

The food was really excellent, and the value on the DDP was great!

Was the creme brulee included on the DDP?

Ate there last week, the only exclusion was the ravioli (interesting, since it's not the most expensive thing on the menu). I had the creme brulee too.

Thanks for the answers and the info, guys!
I suppose I can live without ravioli (but WHY are the ravioli excluded?? That's so odd...) and meatloaf (am NOT a meatloaf fan to begin with :crazy2: ). I think we will give WPE a try!
Thanks again!
