Wolfgang express or Wolfgang cafe?

So, we are gonna try the deluxe dining in December and I was going to make a ADR for Wolfgang Puck Cafe (the table service), but everyone keeps raving about how great Wolfgang Puck Express is (the counter service). Which would should I go for? I figured I would get more of my money's worth at the TS meals, but I don't want bad food or service as many report about the table service so where would you go?

Hmm, that's a hard question.

We enjoyed both immensely. WPE is a nice counter service. Good food, good portions, good value on the DDP.

The table service was excellent when we went, but with ALL Disney restaurants, service is hit and miss. You really can't take the opinion of a few on this board and knock anything off your list.

I thought the sushi at WPC was excellent, as was the flavored tea and blue cheese chips. My meal there was in August and I STILL remember everything about it. It was a great evening. We got a seat out on the patio, which was extra nice.

See what your day will be filled with and decide if you think you'll want a quick bite or a nicer longer meal at the end of it. Also look at the menu and see which appeals most to you.

We originally had the cafe booked for ts meal in December. After trying a CS meal there we cancelled as the cs meal was so good that we thought we would use ts credits for somewhere else. We ended up eating at the express 4 days out of 9. We loved the fact that there was a huge choice and that the food was served to you on proper plates (thought it was funny that there is actually a sign asking customers not to throw away the plates!) Service was great. One time there was a bit of a wait so the waiter said we could all have anything extra we liked and bought us extra bottles of fresh orange which I thought was a nice touch.
