I haven't been to WGP, but I have been to Concourse, and I really liked it there. I'd say, if you're planning to be at MK that day, Concourse is a good choice - very close by.

If you're planning anything else, WGP might be a better choice.

I would go with wherever you are planning on being that day.

We've never been to Concourse, but we LOVE Wolfgang. The food was great, especially the key lime pie for dessert!

We went to both in Sept. The food was good at both, but we really liked Concourse more.
