Woc & wind?

I'm in the parks today and it's quite windy. Fireworks were cancelled last night, and today is much windier, so I'm sure they will cancel again. We do have woc fast passes, but does it still happen when there is lots of wind?

I have never heard of WOC being cancelled due to wind. Earthquakes? Yes. Wind? Not that I have heard.

I have seen the wind cancel WOC before. But it has to be really, really windy. Like I am going to blow over windy.
